- Cost for junior membership $550 - payable in full with completed application. Junior members are between the ages of 12-17. Motorized golf carts are not permitted with the junior membership unless accompanied by an adult who is driving. Junior memberships are limited and are taken on a first come first served basis
- Junior golfers can play anytime on weekdays and weekends and holidays after 1:00. Qualified juniors are children that have passed the playing ability test along with the rules and etiquette quiz, which is given by the club professional or his assistant. A qualified junior can play weekends and holidays before 1:00 PM for a fee of $10.
- All junior members will be given a photo identification card which must be shown in the golf shop prior to play. Junior members must make tee times for play which can be made 5 days in advance. Glen Ellen will allow 2 groups of juniors to tee off each hour from 7:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the summer time. If the tee sheet permits, the professional can allow a 3rd junior group to start play during that same hour.
- All junior members are entitled to play in the junior club championship.
- All juniors must wear a collared shirt, jeans are not allowed, and hats must be worn correctly.
- Any junior member caught acting in an unsportsmanlike manner will immediately have his/her privileges taken away for a period of time. 1st offense= 1 week suspension, 2nd offense= 1 month suspension, and 3rd offense = dismissal for entire season. Junior membership fees are non refundable in the event of dismissal.
All junior golfers must attend the mandatory informational meeting on April 26, 2008 at the Glen Ellen clubhouse at 6:00 p.m.
